Quick Flap Type Discharge Valve
This new type of valve belongs to the technical field of unloading valves, in particular to a quick turnover plate unloading valve. The two ends of the valve body are provided with a pair of bow brackets, one end of which is radially connected to one end of the crank arm through the lower rotating shaft, the other end of which is connected to the cylinder fixed on the outer surface of the valve body, and the other end of which is freely butted against the valve plate connected through the upper rotating shaft. This new type of valve solves the common problem of slow closing of the discharge valve in the prior art, as well as the problem that the valve structure is deformed due to the impact of incoming materials at the upper end, and the valve plate cannot cut off materials well. It has the beneficial technical effects of good material cutting, high stability and convenient maintenance.
